DELIVERY


*PLEASE NOTE - DHL is currently subject to industrial action. There may be a delay in delivery times. 


Standard Delivery

Free standard delivery on any order. Standard Delivery is with Royal Mail and is a 3 to 4 working day service. Once your item has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.

Next Day Delivery
Your available delivery options will always be shown to you in checkout. Next working Day delivery is available for an additional charge.


Next Working Day delivery must be ordered before 2pm the working day before delivery. Any orders after 2pm will be delivered two working days after the initial order. Next Working Day delivery is £4.99 on any order. The couriers we use for Next Working Day deliveries include Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL and DPD.

*My order hasn’t been delivered, or there has been a mistake - What can I do?

If your item has been damaged in transit, is overdue, or for any other order queries, please call our Sales Team on 0203 195 0877 (UK). Open 09:00-17:30 GMT Monday to Friday.

*Do you deliver to everywhere in the EU.

We are not available in every EU country yet, however most of the countries included in our country selector we do ship too.

*I’ve ordered multiple items, will they all arrive together?

Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.

*Do you have any delivery restrictions?

You will need to order from the regional site that you live in. Ordering from a different region may cause issues with delivery. For any further assistance, contact our EU sales team on: saleseu@nextbase.com


RETURNS & REFUNDS


Returning a product if you’ve changed your mind.

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, - any product can be returned up to 14 days from purchase for refund or exchange.

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging with all accessories.
  • With its proof of purchase
  • Unused
  • In a resaleable condition
  • You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

The postage cost of returning these item/s to us would not be refunded by Nextbase.

What counts as proof of purchase?

Any of the below:

  • Confirmation email
  • Email receipt
  • Order number
  • Bank or Card Statement used to purchase online
  • In some circumstances, your email address, full postal address and full name may also be used as proof of purchase when this can be tracked via our Sales system.

Returning a faulty item


If your product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. This postage cost would be paid for by Nextbase. Please contact our Sales Team directly on 0203 195 0877 (UK).

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something goes wrong with your camera, our Support Team are on hand to help. Our engineers are available on Live Chat, on the phone at 02920 866429 (UK) or via email at support@nextbase.com .

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
